The therapist was cold and quiet and I remember how scary and judgmental they felt. There was so much I needed support with so I tried a couple sessions, but soon I left. I didn&#8217;t get the help that I needed until years later.<\/p> <p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial;
